It seems to be extremely familiar, but I still have no idea, since Tasso was rejected (it is crearly not Tasso  :-[ .. Wild guess: Feab Jaster ?

P.S. Why I do agree with gbitas that it should be Grecav Eke (older version).. Have You tried to google?

I do believe this is the sister car to the Grecav, but it's not, I am sure of that.

EDIT: Not the Grecav I mean.

Is it really Italian, since it has the steering wheel on the right? And only one mirror?

Ok.. That must be a bit confusion.. I'll say it is Italcar (the company that took over production of Tasso).. The original model was Tasso Bingo.. Is it Italcar (www.italcar.com)?

Nope, I don't believe there to be any relation to the Tasso Bingo.

Don't believe so, I only found out about this one pretty much the day I posted it, unless I'm forgetting something. If you know the name though, go ahead.

Lamborghini? ;D

Yes!! This is Lamborghini's ill-fated 1987 attempt at a micro-car, the 'Yeah-Right', as uttered by staggered factory staff, using the Countach's engine. Virtually every unseen space behind the body panels in the images and under the seats is taken up by the massive engine. Weighing just 790kg, the modest 330bhp is MORE than enough to scare the pants off of anyone. Handling is said to be scary to say the least, and the vehicle has been known to perform wheelies under mild acceleration. At one point it was considered to add wheels on the top rear of the car, so that if the car flips on it's rear, it can still remain in motion, perhaps until a hard application of the brakes will bring it right-side up again.
Somehow the fellas at the Sant'Agata factory managed to squeeze hydraulic suspension in the wheel-wells, meaning that the car can be raised to a higher ground clearance upon demand. Good in theory, not so well-versed in practice, as the car had a horrible habit of tipping over sideways at the slightest angle, so much so that local boys ended up going 'Lamborghini-tipping' instead of cow-tipping for late night adrenalin rushes.

If you want more information, just google Lamborghini 'Nice Try, Keep Guessing'.

Well, Ferrucci's nephew did make a microcar called Lamborghini and some golf-cars with the same label. And Ferrucci made his money on agricultural tractors named Lamborghini before he began to make cars, so why not? :-\
