I think #7 is a Model 167 from B&Z Electric Car Company

Strange! I've found the car Otto obviousely has in mind, but apparently nothing about the costumized black one with the knuckle dusters.

Otto is perfectly right, although I had it under a different name, the Electric Shopper. But this is the same car, same Long Beach company (maybe without "B&Z). It started sooner than 1961, as said by his source, because the black car is supposed to be a 1959, and I have a 1960 advertising. The car in the ad is very slightly different, but this a drawing, not a photograph.
