Well this one is quite interesting.
What can you tell me about it?

Not one guess.
At lease those of you based in Britain might have come across these photos recently!

This is a steam powered Morgan lookalike, I can't find many details about it but it appears to have been built in the 1950s in England by a man names William Chorlton.

It still appears at Steam Engine rallies in the UK.

Quite correct.
Its picture appeared in the Federation of British Historic Vehicle Clubs' most recent Newsletter which is here
http://www.fbhvc.co.uk/assetts/newsletter-pdfs/FBHVC%20Magazine%20Apr%2008.pdf

(page 11) where it says:
In response to a plea for information by the Morgan Three-Wheeler Club Alan Porter has sent in details of the steam car Kiswasti .  The car, owned, designed and built by Bill Chorlton, is based loosely on the Morgan three-wheeler with a specially designed V-twin compound steam engine. The name derives from the Malayan for 'why you call'.

1947  but I dont know if the owner is also the builder,
The owners name is W.Chorlton
There are different years about the start,The Britisch steam car club starts at 1947 other sites talk about, during the fifties.

Otto Puzzell

I had '47 as well.

Well-solved!

I think this should be merged with Allan_L's "Kiswasti steam-powered tricar" posted 2 April 2008.

Whether it should be called a CEK or a Kiswasti I'll leave up to you.....

Otto Puzzell

It's the same car all right. Multiple sources call it C.E.K. - and there is a large C on the front of the car - while the tag on the side says Kiswasti. The newsletter Allan refers to has disapeared; but I've found another online elsewhere that reads:

The bulletin of the Morgan Three-Wheeler Club asks us if we know anything about a steam-powered three-wheeler registration number Q125 RMA rejoicing under the name 'Kiswasti'.

Seems they are not sure what to make of it either.

Merged

I can just about remember this one from four years ago!
If he'd made it with four wheels, I'd want one!

This one was due to move up to the Experts today but since it's a repost I'm not going to do that.
Rookies just have a couple more days to get this one and if they don't it will be merged.
