Probably too easy for the rather good rookies we have at present, but there's an easy point if you can give the full make and model of this car

That's a 1959-1960 Simca Aronde P60 Montlhery, by this specific side decoration. Interesting to see a RHD version.

Yes it is. Correct in all details.
Like the car posted recently by Neilshouse, although common enough in its country of origin, it was never common in the UK.
The photo was taken in 1964 at a meeting of Club Simca International (a British club, despite its name) at Woburn Abbey in Bedfordshire.
Opinionated but sometimes wrong
