I expected this to last a bit longer  ;D  But You are perfectly right! It is Progetto Magica II HU 245! It looks similar to Bizzarrini Kjara, because Kjara was Progetto Magica I  ;D

So it is.
I had a slightly different name hence I didn't get it on the Search.
Point awarded and puzzle merged.

No-one ever mentioned who built it, which was part of my question.  I understand it was built by students as part of the Italian Formula TECH programme for students and young engineers.

The car differs substantially in the lower pictures you've posted from the ones in the upper picture of yours and in my puzzle photo.  Whether that's because it was much altered during development or what I don't know.
