It looks like a mid 80s Mitsubishi Lancer Sedan, slightly modified.

I don't know too much about these so this might not be completely accurate. It seems to be one of the Proton Saga Limousine models converted by a company called ACE (Automotive Conversion Engineering). This appears to be a 4dr model, there was also a 6dr model called the Saga Executive, but the 4dr models may also have been called Executive. Proton promoted these cars themselves and they may have been available from Proton dealers.
