Most P-type Vauxhalls have rusted away by now. The Friary Estate was a pretty low-volume conversion and this must be either the sole survivor or just about that.

The ad says 1 of 14. Might have been taken care of better than the average PA given that they were likely very expensive when new.

a friend of mine has a couple regular P-Type (as well as a few other Vauxhalls) - here is the better of the two
