Looks like a design proposal for an early Triumph TR 2 or TR3 successor...

The overall proportions and especially the wheels do look like a TR.

After looking in my fine TR book, I can say:

this is the first 1957 Michelotti Triumph TR, built on TR3 components for the project "Zest".

It was built by Vignale and had seats with real  leopard-skin...

It was presented to the public in 1958.
