Here is more information for this early puzzle.

This car belongs to former Moto GP racer Ramon Jimenez of France.  Only one prototype was built.

Judging by the labels on the back of the car, it may carry the full name "1995 Jimenez 4.2 Novia 80V".  80V?  Yes, 80 valve, W16 engine built from 4 Yamaha motorcycle engines (4 cylinder, 5-valves per cylinder).  Build on a common crankcase with dual, counter-rotating crankshafts.  I have not found specific information, but the engine may have some connection to Jean Louis Schlesser.
