This is one of my favourite russian modifieds.

I´ve filed it as a radical "Zaporozhets" ZAZ 965 conversion:

Yep, it's really nice! And obviously, you're right. But it has a name...

I´ve found only one designation that may be right:

    
SPORT COUPE AVD
1999-го года выпуска, Эль Моторс (which might be "El Motors", as I´ve read somewhere else, too)

It has a Yamaha R1 engine inside!
