Mitsuoka Orochi?

Nope. While the Orochi itself is a very rare animal, this is even rarer.

Edit: Apparently, 'Orochi' is the name of an eight-headed snake in Japanese mythologi. So which is rarer, is probably debatable. This car, however, is rarer than the Mitsuoka
