Nope. While the Orochi itself is a very rare animal, this is even rarer.

Edit: Apparently, 'Orochi' is the name of an eight-headed snake in Japanese mythologi. So which is rarer, is probably debatable. This car, however, is rarer than the Mitsuoka  :)

This is the BMW 6 coupé - based Alpine Sinister Six show car, shown on the 2006 SEMA exhibition.

It´s cockpit is even weirder:
