Edsel Ranger, 1958, built on July 14. Oh, and its red, has white walls, a V-8 engine, a three speed automatic transmission shifted by buttons on the steering wheel and was sold at Akron Ford for $3214.67 to Edward Furshlungener.

Oh, alright. 1962 then, the only year the Edsel was offered in Primrose Fuschia...... ::)

Don't worry, you satisfied the requirments to declared winner on this one.

However, '58 Edsels had ugly horse-collar "Olds sucking a Lemon" grill, which this car doesn't have, identifying it as a 1960 model.

And there were no '62 Edsels.

WRONG counselor.  Obviously you failed to see the news releases announcing my grand entry into the "Expert" Autopuzzler stratosphere with the absolutely on-target guess of the Mustang styling buck.  Oh, the thrill of being above all the "common" people...the esteem...the....HEY, WHERE'S MY WALLET?!!

The weatherpeople around here have been totally fucked for months now....I wish I had their degree of accountability in my job....just to come on the air the next day and say "oops, I fucked up" and have no one call you on it because no one ever really expected you to be right anyway would be kind of a nice way to live professionally.....
