OK that is right but when in 1898 Eisenach started producing electric cars, Wartburg (as part of the Ehrhardt concern) was the name choose for the 2-cylinder petrol-driven car...that car was nothing else than a xxx voiturelle (so it was french...) built under license and that's why some sources referres to it as xxx-wartburg. Wartburg from 1898 as you wrote is absolutely correct...just the model is missing..
