Looks like a TVR Griffith with a funky badge to me.
Measures with mics, marks with chalk, cuts with axe, beats to fit and paints to match

It looks like a TVR to me. 

If it's a British registration, the C at the end of number plate dates it to 1965

It's definitely a Griffith. The badge is an old TVR logo.
