1927 Rolls Royce Aerocar 27hp with body by Boston based Tecton for Mr. Alex Beamish. The car was used to pull airplanes into the air, hence the trailer hitch (don't see those too often on a Roller!) and the perspex rear windows that provided added visability for the spotters.

I got lucky. Thought it was a Roller, about a '27 and it turned out I was exactly right. Google pics, saw a thumbnail and...
