Well... if one can read, one can solve this :)

A little research into the matter shows that this is a Tonneau Touring Car design made by Frederick J. Ball, of the New York Gear Works, 57 Milton Street, Brooklyn, New York.
1974 Fiat X1/9 1500

Correct, but which is the company that produced this tonneau touring car?

Well... according to this webpage: http://www.ballcar.com/oldcars.html - his own company, the New York Gear Works, did, in 1901 - although the inspiration for the design was taken from contemporary Panhards.

If you're thinking about the Dodge mentioned in the accompanying article, that's a 1926 car that has nothing to do with the car in the picture.

Well, it was much easier...the car is called ...Ball! It's a Ball touring designed by Frederick A.Ball with a 2-cyl gasoline engine on a 80-inch wheelbase. The vehicle was built at the New York Gear Works in Brooklin...my question was wrong, actually no company built that car...You're right!
