Hi, actually that is a Ferrari 212 berlinetta "uovo" (it means egg) driven by Marzotto in the Mille Miglia of 1951 in this picture and in the 1952 edition with the number 617.Built by Carrozzeria Fontana from Padova using a chassis by Fattena Autotelai, and designed by Sergio Reggiani .Many sources reports that is a 166 but it is not and Touring has nothing to do with that...It was built against Enzo Ferrari willing as Giannino Marzotto himself wrote in his book "Le ferrari alla Mille Miglia" .

Sorry - the site at which I found the picture misidentified it. I've given you a point for your correction.
