I believe it's a Buick. Something to do with being a Queen's car. I believe it's currently owned by Bill Warner, head of the Amelia Island Concours. I seem to recall that it's a rolling bar.

Somehow the picture has changed. It was a picture of a1954 Buick Landau.  Motorama car.
