I agree with Paul Jaray, this must be the Maserati Tipo 151/3 Le Mans Coupe (also called Tipo 152), raced as #2 in the 1964 Le Mans:

As do I - sort of.

As the article he linked states, the car was officially referred to by the factory as the Tipo 152.
