It is the Hurlin & Co Aviette. It had a 4 hp J.A.P. single cylinder engine, central pivot steering and chain-cum-belt drive. This cyclecar was offered as a D.I.Y., long before the big kit car era in the 60s and 70s.

Opinionated but sometimes wrong
