Puzzle #280 - Solved! M.E.P. 170SL

Thanks for the French clue, I initially thought it was some sort of Frazer-Nash. It appears to be the creation of Maurice Emile Pezous (M.E.P.)  and I have the model listed as the 170SL of 1954. Pezous was a Citroen agent and I believe the vehicle was based on the Citroen Traction Avant.
