The hubcaps look like Lancia, the styling I would guess to be by Guigiaro while he was still at Pininfarina (I think so)

Dredged the 'net, with no success, other than seeing that Giugiaro did not work for Pininfarina, but for Ghia
The hubcaps are in the Flaminia/Flavia area, I would place this car in the late sixties
Came across a number of possible AutoPuzzles, though...

Lancia Marcia from 1969 on a shortened Flaminia chassis. This was Giugiaros last design at Ghia before he started Italdesign.

Yep!  (except for the spelling)  :)

Also, while many websites credit Giugiaro with penning the Marica, Tom Tjaarda has the design in his portfolio.
