The only car that I know of that comes with an integral bumbershoot dispenser is the Rolls Royce Phantom. That ain't it. I'd guess it would be a Chinese Rolls Clone.
Measures with mics, marks with chalk, cuts with axe, beats to fit and paints to match

Aston Martin's come with umbrellas in alot of cases.  But that sure doesn't look like an Aston.

It's undoubtedly right-hand drive.

The plastic sill plate tells me roughly 1990 or newer, and it appears to be Japanese in design.

You'd be on the right track here. Not a Rolls or Aston then obviously.
