No sir. One of these sold for a whole bunch of money at an auction in the last year or so. Very limited production.

I think those were fixed on the wheels of the gorgeous "Futurliner" trucks that came with the GM Parade of Progress show in the 40s and 50s in the 1950s.

12 of them had been built, so those hubcabs might have been quite expensive last year?

It was the Futurliner itself that was sold last year. The hubcap on the left was standard issue before 1953, the hubcap on the right was featured in subesquent years.
