It is the Citroën FAF, mechanicly based on the 2CV and made for the third world. Produced in Spain, Portugal, Indonesia, Guinée-Bissau and Senegal. The car was only a success i Spain, where they never realized that FAF stood for "Facile A Fabriquer" ("very easy to produce").
