Looks like a french Voisin C28.

I have such mixed feelings about Voisins, largely because I lack a strong enough presence to drive one. One really has to be larger-than-life to arrive in an automobile with an interior like this:

The first time Voisin used this type of light-weight wood-aluminum body-type with the strange looks was with a C15 in 1928. The next "aerodyne-style" Voisin was the C23 from 1933. Then the C25 in 1935. Then C26, C27 and C28.

The wheels of the puzzle car reminds me of the wheels of the C23. So my final guess wil be the Voisin C23.

I'll give you both the nod. This car is is Voisin C25 Clairière, built in 1935. (The Cimier was a two-door)

Engine: six-cylinder in line, sleeve valve, twin carburettors, 2.994cc; Gearbox: four speed Cotal electromagnetic gearbox, rear wheel drive; Suspension, front and rear: semi elliptic leaf springs; Brakes: four wheel mechanically assisted drum; Right hand drive.

The C25 was derived from the earlier six cylinder Voisins, commenced with the C11. It utilised the latest C14 chassis, but now with 3 litre power and was in production between October 1935 and mid 1937. Coachwork, as ever with Voisin, was beautifully designed, incorporating the attention to lightweight construction, learnt by Gabriel from his aircraft work, with the artistic influences of the Art Nouveau period.

Five specific bodywork styles were offered, the fastback Aérodyne and Aérosport, and three streamline sedans, two four door models, the Clairière and Chancellerie, and the attractive two door Cimier on offer.

It is thought that some 30 C25 cars were built of which few are known to survive.
