ok I'll bite...strictly a guess.  Studebaker?  Is the picture old enough for that 67/68 Chrysler convertible at the curb to be new, or is it a visitor to the museum and merely parked out front?

Not a Studebaker, and I believe the picture to be contemporary.

The name of this car (make and model) includes the names of two cities on the periphery of one of the Great Lakes.

Perhaps the a view of the rear of this car will help?

A Cadillac out of Detroi?

The air's cleaner up here, and more's the view.

Although, at $3 a gallon, I can't really justify running the engines these days, so I just let this old dirigible drift where the wind takes me.

The Benton Harbor was built by brothers Louis and Albert Baushke, and was powered by a 2-cylinder 7.5hp petrol engine. It did not have an engine lubrication system, so the pistons would freeze in the cylinder blocks, seizing the engine.
