Looks a bit like a DeTomaso Longchamp GTS but I don't think that is it.

It is the Bertone-designed
Maserati Quattroporte II
, introduced at the Paris Auto Salon in 1974. This was when Maserati was owned by Citroën, and the car had front wheel drive and shared some technics with Citroën SM.
