Looks a bit like a DeTomaso Longchamp GTS but I don't think that is it.

It is the Bertone-designed Maserati Quattroporte II, introduced at the Paris Auto Salon in 1974. This was when Maserati was owned by Citroën, and the car had front wheel drive and shared some technics with Citroën SM.
