White 39 Streamliner Labatt's

Otto Puzzell

It is a White, and it was built for Labatt's. Not the model designation I have for it, though.

I'll give you a 24-hour exclusive to ID the model.

It's a White 47' Streamliner designed by Count Alexis de Sakhnoffsky.

It's never too late, but would you please remove the links, as they could uncover some cars posted by other members.

Since nobody else guessed one the 24 hours expired, to were not too late. However, you new, more-correct guess remains incomplete.

And, regarding faksta's request, please read the puzzle rules at the beginning of this forum section:

No worries, it was a first offense.

Time to start posting some puzzles of your own, methinks.  8)

Still need the model type, too ;)

This was not easy to find.  I knew that the tractor was derived from White's in the last 30 (for example the White 38 of Grain Belt brewery) but this didn't help me with the model.  I only foind this "Also for 1947,Labatt's(Beer) Streamliner debut, designed by Count Alexis de Sakhoffsky, built in White Motor's Model WA 122 COE tractor pulling 37-foot streamlined trailer. It wins "Best Design",New York's World's Fair." on a post by aerohead at Ecomodder's website.

Is it the correct answer ?  Maybe I'll post some quizzes in the future, but presently I'm making an orgy of all the quizzes I found on your site, just a week ago.
