Dutch Homebuilt.

I'm guessing the  Rizovari DX11, built by Rini Assink.

Good answer, but sadly not the right one!
A car is for life, not just for Christmas.

It is a 1975 Sportscar Matula GT from the Netherlands!  ;)

This company rivaled Ruska in the production of beach buggies fro the Dutch market and also produced a license-built version of the American TALON under the name Matula GT sports coupe.  This consisted of a plastic body design for a shortened VW Beetle chassis. It featured a flip-forward canopy for entry, close-set headlamps in cut-outs and a louvered rear end. Cars were sold principally in kit form.

Arunas gets the point as it is the Dutch Matula GT, derived from the American Talon.
