Some kind of 8C from Maserati?
This is the recreation of the C1929 Maserati Tipo V4 "Sedici Cilindri", built by Anthony Hartley. It has a V16 engine.
A voice from the back row would ask if a twin-crankshaft twin-bank engine should be called a V-16
