My sources say it was from 1979 and not 1971, but it's the same car, although it's the Fairchild-Hiller, not the Fairchild-Hill. The point is yours!

A scale model of this car was presented to the public in 1967.  By 1979 Fairchild-Hiller had developed far more sophisticated safety vehicles. 

Is there any indication this was actually built as a full-size car?
