Well it looks like an 6x6 offspring of the Fiat 850 based Yeti 4x4...

UPDATE:

Seems to be the 1968 Yeti Delta, based on the 850 as I thought.

I don't think so...
The Yeti made by Delta (and powered by a Fiat 850 engine) was actually only a 4x4. The 6x6 is a special version of the later Yeti 903 made by Samas, which was powered by a Fiat 127 engine and was launched in 1972.

I went back to my original pic and it is indeed labelled SAMAS Yeti

Just to check:

1968-1971 Delta SpA, Turin
1971-1975 S.A.M.A.S., Ricca d’Alba

Yes.

And also:
Delta --> Fiat 850 847cc engine 4-wheel.
SAMAS --> Fiat 127 903cc engine 4- or 6-wheel.
