It is the Polski-Fiat Ogar from 1977, based at the Polski-Fiat 125p.

FSO's Ogar (" hound ") was built in 1976-77 on the chassis of Polski Fiat's 125p. The plastic body was designed by the legendary Cezary Nawrot, who also penned the prototype of the Syrena Sport.
