Looks rather old with the exposed flywheel, tiller steering, etc. Any hints?

It's the phenomenal Phanomen Phanomobile! Or somesuch pholderol.
Measures with mics, marks with chalk, cuts with axe, beats to fit and paints to match

Yes, the product of Gustav Hiller Phanomen Fahrradwerke, in Germany.

This rather strange looking vehicle was surprisingly popular in Europe between 1907 and 1927. They were common in Sweden where the State goods carriers used them for baggage transport. A number were also used as ambulances during World War I. They were controlled by unusual direct tiller steering.

4 cylinders, air-cooled, 74 mm bore, 90 mm stroke, 1536 cc (14 hp at 1500 rpm). Top speed, 70 km/h (43.5 mph).

Interesting thing about this brand - odd as that 3-wheeler is, almost every model they offered was unique in some way from the others. Witness:
