Please unlock. My last  answer was a quote from a new Talbot -Lago book. Maybe someone else can have a go.

I think it's a Reggiano designed body like the Stanguellini Bialbero Sport 1100 but I don't have to find the proof !
Talbot Maserati Le Mans 1957 !

As far as I understand it, this Talbot Lago Sport 2500 Maserati had originally been bodied by Pichon et Parat in 1956.
It was then rebodied by Franco Reggiani in Modena 1957 and re-baptised "Dubonnet" with a new chassis number.
As you mentioned, Reggiani was also responsible for the redesigned Stanguellini of that era.

If I may correct my last post as I believe the body was designed by Franco Reggiani and built by Carrozzeria Campana in Modena.

Many Thanks for the point. I understand from the book that on June 22 1957, two Talbots were at  Le Mans. They were two from the previous year, now sold to Andre Dubonnet and Geoffredo Zehender. Carrozzeria Campana fitted the body which was similar to the Franco Reggiani design of the Stanguellini 1100 Bialbero racers. One car withdrawn before the race and the other suffered clutch/transmission failure a few minutes into the race.

I think these pictures, from Retomobil in 2005, show the same car, though are some slight detail differences, assuming the car's sides were symmetrical (the outlet on the front fender is of a different shape).
