Concept Racing Aero
Originally a Maguire space framed Hillman Imp with a new aluminium body. A GSXR 1100 motor bike powers it.

It's gorgeous  8) and seems very, very small, if the 'bike alongside is anything to judge by. So, bodied-over go-kart?

Is this one of those small French sports cars which used to compete in a national series, but which were allowed to enter at Le Mans one year? They were effectively single-seaters and were almost impossible to see in the dark for the faster cars.

Just a hunch.....
I must be right - that's what it says on Wikipedia

Looks like this:

http://www.autopuzzles.com/forum/index.php?topic=22091.msg234233#msg234233

Yes, it's the same car, although with slighly modified body.  Thanks.
I simply had it as being named GSXR1100 Imp-based track car with no mention of Concept Aero...
Merged and moved to Solved.
