The 'air vents' seem to be from a Maserati 3500 GT, so could this be a modified/one-off '60s Maserati 3500 GT ?

Found the car on the Maserati Enthusiast's page. Seems to be rebodied in Modena in 1967 by an unknown designer. Would be interesting to learn more about this special car, never saw it before in any book or magazine.

That's right; that seems to be one of the very few places you'll find anything about this car.
It's amazing how significant cars like this seem to come out of the woodwork regularly.  How many more are there out there?!

I don't think so.
'Fuoriserie' of course only refers to small series one-offs and 'Brescia' only refers to the event where the pictures were taken.
We're none the wiser about who actually built this body.
