Hmm...interesting. Despite what the sign says, I think this one is slightly earlier and a bit smaller. I'm going by what's in Georgano, the 1907 and later were different.

That's what I think it is. Either a 1904-05 5hp Piccolo. The 1906 models seem to have wire wheels. 1907 had a bonnet and were a different style.
