Is it Australian? 
My reason for the guess is that it is RHD and appears to have an Austin radiator grill.

Yes, the 'Ching Special' obviousely built by Noel Ching on a Ford Ten chassis in the early 50s. The puzzle car seems to be much more recent, though. :scratch:
