What is this car, who built it, who was the stylist and what year did it appear?

Maserati 3500GT by Boneshi, presented at the Turin Motorshow in 1962 ... There was a silver and a black one; almost the same bodywork, but with slight little differences ...

Right! I've never seen the silver car before either, thanks for that.

To complete the answer, can you tell me who styled the car? I must admit that I'm not 100% certain about this but I have a pretty good idea  ;)

LOCKED for you, naturally

The 'production' 3500 GT Coupé was styled by Touring, while the 3500 GT Spider was done by Vignale. This one ... Boneschi, I guess? Unless you have another name ...

Yes, by Boneschi (you'd already got that bit in your first answer!) but I mean which individual is responsible for the design. Still LOCKED for you.

could be; something went wrong when he had cut out the wheel arches. the heavy '300 SL' bumper was added to cover the hole in the upper part of the fender...

I have'nt been able to look this up properly (due to lack of time this weekend) and I have no idea about who designed this car (I've always had this car as a Boneschi-designed car). It looks though as if Frua could have designed it too? Maybe him? (wild guess)

Anyway, I've found the following picture of the Boneschi-stand at the 1962 Turin Motorshow ...

I've never heard of this guy ... Is he just a guy who worked within Boneschi?

Quite. One point for you for this, and one for Delorean for the rest of the answer.

Great picture of the 1962 Boneschi stand, with that OSCA with the square headlights.... I don't think I've seen any good pictures of this one before  8)

Rodolfo Bonetto was an independent industrial designer (and jazz drummer!) who also worked in the automotive business. Most famous are his sharp edged body designs for Boneschi of the 1960s.

Also for Viotti, he made some (sharp-edge) designs.

I am really interested in Bonetto's designs, although I don't think many of them are at all attractive, I do find them fascinating. I think it would be nice to put together a little feature on his designs (similar to the excellent Post-war Spohn topic) where everyone can share what they have.
Although I have collected information on a lot of his later designs, does anyone know much about his earlier attempts at car styling? It seems he was responsible for a few cars in the early '50s that have very little in common with his later style.

If anyone wants to contribute drop me a PM!

There does exist a book about Rodolfo Bonetto, containing part of his work as a car designer and part (all?) of his work as an industrial designer.
Unfortunately, the car section is not complete at all.  For example, the 1964 Fiat Osca 1500 S cabriolet Boneschi is his only 'Linea Tesa' creation that is mentioned...

I would like to contribute where I can because I also think that the Rodolfo Bonetto designs are a fascinating subject.
