Okay, it's the Spaay MG (1957) built by Spaay from Zwolle, based on a Les Lester chassis completed with MG TD parts earlier built by Dries van der Lof. The body was completed by Frans Eshaussier. Spaay gave the car a new body. Parts of the Spaay body come from the Morris Minor. (During the weekend I knew it was a dutch racecar but my source was at my work)
The picture was taken at the racetrack in Zandvoort.

Yes it's the Spaay-MG from 1957 as posted by you in full detail.
