Not quite in the state it was when leaving the factory.

For one point, please respond and identify this car and the year it was built.

This is a strange one.
The radiator and general build look like Bond, but they had quarter-elliptic front springs.
The chassis looks underslung at the front which normally means Regal (aka Seabrook, RMC etc) so perhaps that's what it is, although it looks a little small. Not American Underslung as that was even bigger)
