No steering wheel.
I see a control stick like in an airplane.

I believe this was built as a one-off by Herr Grohsbach

Yes, that's the one. One point for you.

It is a one-off, built by the then unemployed engineer Grohsbach. It featured four-wheel-steering, a tiller instead of a steering wheel and a sliding top. Engine was  of 248 cc displacement.

here is a picture of the "control stick" steering taken through the plexiglas roof.
the control stick is turned 90 degrees to the left if that helps to visualize it through this crappy photo.
