Those characters which are mirrored in the car's side window, suggest Chinese origin.

It looks like a Xiali Wagon, made in China by FAW, and based around a Daihatsu Charade.

You got the basis right. It is indeed based on a Daihatsu Charade. The Xiali produced by FAW is based on 3rd generation Charade (1986- ,G100). The car in the puzzle, however, is based on a 2nd generation Charade (1983-1987, G11). It was manufactured by a small company.

A Zhonghua BS111.

What I know of is that Zhonghua and one other company used the same body. So basically you are correct. Can you name this other company which I am looking for? The company was located in Guangxi province.

I lock this for you for 24 hours.

Tianjin, based north of Hanjiasho, was the other Chinese manufacturer to produce cars using the same Daihatsu-style body, but I think you have already said that its not one of theirs?!

I'm not aware of the Tianjin connection in this instance. As you know Daihatsu Charade was never made in wagon form officially. This body is of companys own design. This company was once part of Wuling Group and now produces car engines and interior parts.
