Hmm, it's the Brigantis, although I may have spelt that incorrectly. Jaguar S-type-based one-off, bodied in steel and styled after the Lamborghini Marzal. I think... Last seen at the Newark Kit Car Show about five or six years ago looking for a new home. Didn't look too healthy, either.

Recently came across this 1979 advert for the Brigantis.
It was built in 1971.

Just to add some additional information to the Quiller's original post though, this is the Brigantis, built in 1971 by Bill Dobson, using a Jaguar 3.8-litre as a base. Here's another photo of the rear.
