Voisin?

Nope. The question is: who did this car and on what basis.

This is a special built by Gerry Bath and based on a Raleigh. This was the first car he built and Gerry still has a model of the car which is badged as a G.B.  This one almost went in to production but was never given a proper model name.

This one-of was buit by Gerry Bath and the motor was a 742cc Sturmey Archer V-Twin. Sturmey Archer was a company owned by Raleigh.

Yes indeed (though Gerry Barth actually!)
The engine was later replaced by an 1172 cc Ford sidevalve.
Barth made a number of home-made cars, but this was his first.
Well done.
